Sofiya Imamutdinova
Founding Partner
Sofiya Imamutdinova is the Founder of Re/structure, a Dubai-based legal and private wealth advisory practice focused on protecting, structuring and transferring private and business wealth.
She advises entrepreneurs, private clients and families on UAE and cross-border asset structuring, succession planning, foundations, wills, family and corporate governance, and the restructuring of business ownership.
Before establishing Re/structure, Sofiya advised private clients and business owners as a Counsel at the UAE office of one of the largest CIS law firms. She also worked at BSA Law, advising clients from CIS countries on private wealth and corporate matters in the UAE.
